Day 4 Update

With the Day 4 update comes a bit of news for everyone about the future of Restart Heart development.
For those who do not follow the Restart Heart Social Media's that is fine, everything will be condensed into this post.
The update for the game:
- A total of 11 new CG's have been implemented in game (+2 for Day 1, +3 for Day 2, +2 for Day 3, and 3 for Day 4)
- Customers have been added into the game (with sprites) and Days 1-3 have been updated for more content and adjustments to previous days
- Overhaul to Day 1
- New pronoun selection and input
- Selectable titles relating to relationships/self
- Game Statistics screen and easier to read/scrollable credits screen
- Affection Meter screen available by clicking the broken heart button when playing
- Updated BG's and Sprites for All Characters
- Removed the need for players to fully restart the game with new updates, so from this onward your game will be able to simply be played from your previous save (This update does require a full reset in order to implement everything)
- Date with Steph (Does not include completed sex scene yet)
Future news for the game Restart Heart and it's creator:
Due to an ongoing Stalker/Anon situation that has been ongoing since the beginning of Restart Heart, I regret to inform everyone that the full game will no longer include voice acting. The game also no longer includes Easter Eggs. These things are choices I made in order to protect people and everyone who was previously working on the game with me has been let go for their own safety. It was not an easy choice, and I will have to rethink on the full game pricing and the two final versions of Restart Heart that will be released in the future.

Hey i just want to be sure that there is no cheating and stuff right? Since stories where you have the option to "do it" with multiple people tend to go that way /:
Not "accusing" you i just wanted to explain why i asked that question^^
And i just don't like cheating as something "positive" or "kinky" related even in fiction. So i want to be sure before i get too interested in the game just to feel disappointed and uncomfortable
Oh and yes i'm aware that there is a "cheating" trigger warning but it could refer to the fact that we have been cheated on which is a valid trigger warning in my opinion ^^

There are positive polycule endings in the game, but there is one particular route you can go where the player can cheat on a character if they don't clear up a misunderstanding. However that choice will be very obvious and is avoidable. It is also not written to be a positive choice for the player!
Cheating is never positive nor kinky, even in fiction! I agree with you there. I also don't think it's a bad thing if the player decides to sleep around and have fun without any strings attached! I don't want to spoil too much but it will be an obvious choice with a warning if you do go to cheat.
I see i'm glad to hear. Stories where you again can sleep with many people also had cheating inside of the (the ones i played). Which is sad since wanting having fun or even being (or like going in a) poly route doesn't mean that you are into cheating!
So i'm glad to see where have the option to sleep around without justifying cheating.
And i also want to say i for myself don't care if people like that in fiction since there isn't an actual person getting hurt but it's just a big no for me lol even in fiction

I figured this should go here, but I just completed the demo and noticed that the options for heading to the beach/walk/museum do not work— It shows Bess on all, though I'm unsure which one is actually supposed to be theirs. If it's a case of it just not being implemented, yet then feel free to ignore this message haha
That aside— I really enjoy what I have seen so far! I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with a stalker and hope you can be free from that soon. Good luck with both the situation and your game, take all the time you need.
On day 2 no matter which location you go to it is inevitable you will meet Bess in order to introduce the main cast early on.

This game is really special to me, and I'm very grateful to the creator for putting it out here. I wish you only the best, please take your time and take care of yourself. The update is lovely, and the CG's absolutely have my heart (especially the hug one with Ezra).
I always use the same name in these types of games. I always name the character after my oc Dove. And clearly, I'm not the only one who uses the name in the case of this game XD it kinda makes me wonder who the Dove is that you know.
It's truly awful that people have been so nasty to you and those involved in the game :( I'm sure everyone understands your decision and are excited to see where you go from here! I'm sure I'll enjoy it no matter what <3
